The Cigna PPO Choice Network is a robust and flexible health plan offering access to over 1 million doctors, specialists, and hospitals nationwide. Although this plan is not directly written through Cigna, it allows you to benefit from their extensive network while receiving the benefit of plan designs from Fusion Health plans.

- Step 3: Click Search
- Step 4: Select Continue as Guest

Nationwide, the First Health Network includes approximately 1.5 million healthcare providers and over 5,000 hospitals, giving members access to a wide range of medical services across the country.

The Multiplan PHCS (Private Healthcare Systems) Network is one of the largest independently-owned PPO networks in the United States. It offers extensive access to a wide range of healthcare providers and facilities across the country. While it is not owned by a major insurance carrier, the PHCS Network rivals other large networks in terms of its breadth and flexibility. Nationwide, the PHCS Network includes over 900,000 healthcare providers and more than 4,500 hospitals, providing members with a vast array of options for their medical needs. This network is designed to offer broad access while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate Fusion Health’s unique plan designs.
